The Basic package includes one simple chatbot flow up to 5 steps, basic commands, conversation logic, and source code. API integrations, databases, authentication, analytics, and deployment are not included.
What counts as one chatbot flow?
One flow is one independent user path from start to result. For example: start -> answer questions -> confirm details -> send request.
Can you integrate the bot with my CRM, website, or API?
Yes. I can connect the bot to one or more external systems using REST API, webhooks, databases, or supported third-party services. Each integration is limited to the scope selected in your package or extras.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. Source code is included in all packages. You are not locked to me and can continue development with another developer later.
Can you deploy the bot and make it run 24/7?
Yes. Deployment is available as an extra. I can deploy the bot on one VPS using Docker, configure the environment, and set up automatic restart.
Can you add more chatbot scenarios later?
Yes. Additional independent flows can be added as an extra. One extra flow includes up to 5 steps using the existing bot structure and integrations.
