What information do you need to start my packaging design?
To proceed with the packaging design, please provide the following details: * Logo/brand identity * Product name * Packaging dimensions or dieline * Brand colors, if any * Product info and key features * Required text and content * Any design references, examples, or visual inspirations
Which package should I select if I don’t have the supplier’s dimensions or dieline?
If the packaging specifications or supplier-provided dieline are not available, I recommend choosing the Premium Package. It includes custom dieline creation, making it suitable for projects where packaging dimensions or supplier templates are not yet available.
Can you create packaging that follows my existing brand identity?
Yes. I can develop the packaging in line with your established logo, colour palette, typography, visual elements, and brand guidelines, ensuring the final design remains consistent with your overall brand identity.
Will I receive editable, print-ready files and details of the fonts used?
Yes. Based on the selected package, you will receive the editable source files in formats such as AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, or SVG, along with high-resolution, print-ready artwork prepared according to the required dimensions and bleed specifications. The font names used in the design will also be provided
Will 3D mockups be included with my packaging design, and how can I use them?
Yes. High-quality 3D mockups are provided to give you a realistic preview of the final packaging before production. They can also be used for presentations, approval purposes, promotional content, and e-commerce or online product listings.

What is considered a revision?
A revision includes changes to the approved design concept, such as colors, text, typography, layout adjustments, image replacements, and other design refinements. Creating a completely new concept or changing the original project brief is not considered a revision.
