Once you place an order, you’ll see a short list of questions to fill out. Your answers give me everything I need to start your logo. If I need anything else, I’ll reach out—so we make sure your logo turns out just right.

First logo concept is delivered in 3 days. Final logo usually takes about a week, as crafting a great logo takes time, care, and attention to detail, depending on feedback and revisions.

Logo concepts are sketches or draft ideas you can choose from before we refine the final logo. Revisions at this stage count toward your package’s revision limit.

A revision is a minor change or adjustment to a logo concept. Each package includes a set number of revisions. If you need more minor changes after the limit, it costs $5 each (except Premium). Major changes require an extra fee.

Basic and Standard packages are great choices, depending on your needs. However, the Premium package gives you the most flexibility to explore ideas, refine every detail, and get a logo that truly fits your brand—without worrying about revision limits.

If you’re not happy with the design, just let me know — I’ll happily make adjustments or give it another try. Refunds are possible, but only after we’ve tried to resolve it together first, as my goal is to make sure you love the result.

You’ll get editable vector files (AI, EPS), a print-ready PDF, and high-resolution PNG and JPG for web or social media use — depending on your package. All files are delivered once the design is approved, so you’ll have everything you need for print and digital use.
