The seller acts as a middleman forwarding messages to an external team that clearly doesn't read the brief. Communication was extremely difficult. Simple instructions and reference images were ignored, basic design concepts had to be explained multiple times, and the work delivered lacked basic attention to detail—including spelling errors.

The team worked "very" hard to produce the final version which took almost four months of grueling development as I was constantly experimenting with various ideas from the visuals, all the way to the length of the actual product! I am and quite honestly was extremely excited with the crew's work ethic...

Absolutely amazing job, and it's actual illustration instead of all the samey photo ashes that every other artist I found does. He also did the revision I wanted very quickly, and delivered ahead of schedule; he made it look as interesting as it could be despite generic instructions. If ever I complete my prequel and sequel I will definitely be returning.
