I can create you a custom website made just on HTML, CSS and JS without the need for WordPress, making your website looks flexible and maintainable in design.
I'm Arturo Rabino, a frontend web developer with 4 years of experience creating simple, dynamic websites using HTML, CSS, and JS. My designs are minimalist, mobile friendly, and can include translations in up to 10 languages. Depending on your package, I can build between 3 and 10 custom pages. If you want to feature your social media, I can add social media icons (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) into your site and customize their look to match your design.
My process:
- You share your reference or preferences (colors, style, layout) or you can choose my own format.
- After the first version, I'll send you a preview so you can give me feedback.
- And I revise until you're satisfied.
- Finally, your source codes are yours and your website is ready to showcase online!

If I choose a higher tier, will the HTML files and other benefits add up from the previous tiers?
Each tier is separate and replaces the lower one.
Do you provide a hosting service?
I don’t provide hosting services. After the project is complete, I will deliver all the source files so you can upload and host the website on your own preferred platform.
Do you provide previews before delivery?
Yes! I can share live previews or screenshots during the design process so you can see progress and request adjustments before the final delivery.
Are your web pages responsive even on mobile screens?
Yes! All my designs are fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop viewing.
Can you troubleshoot existing websites?
I don’t provide troubleshooting services, but I can create additional HTML pages to extend or complement your existing project.
Can you do language translations?
Yes, I can support translations in 3–10 languages. You may provide your own translated text, or I can use a translator tool for basic versions.
What makes your design style unique?

Do you create e-commerce web pages?
Currently, I don’t offer e‑commerce services. My focus is on simple, modern websites with no WordPress.

It means I can integrate multiple social links from the same platform into your site. For example, I can add your Facebook Page, Group, Messenger Chat, and Reels tab together in one neat section.
