What do I need to send you to get started?
A floor plan (PDF or DWG), a sketch or a SketchUp file, plus a few reference photos and the style you like (modern, minimalist, classic, etc.). The more detail you give me, the closer the first draft will be to what you have in mind.
Do I see a draft before the final images?
Yes. I send you one angle for approval before I finish the final images. That way we agree on the look early, and nobody wastes time on a direction you don’t like.
Can you work from a hand sketch?
Yes. Clear dimensions help, but I can work from a rough sketch and ask you questions where something isn’t clear.
Do you do both interior and exterior renders?
Yes, both. I work on houses, apartments, offices, cafes and retail spaces.
Which software do you use?
I model in SketchUp and Revit, then render with V-Ray, Lumion, D5 Render or Enscape, depending on the look you want and your deadline.
Can I get the source files?
Yes. The .skp file is included with the Standard and Premium packages.
