FAQ
How do you determine if we are a good fit to work together?
We start with an initial call where we discuss your business, challenges, and goals. If we find alignment in our approach and needs, we move forward. If not, we’re still happy to provide guidance.
What information should I have ready before our initial call?
It helps to have a clear idea of your business, any existing development experience, your budget, and your timeline. We’ll also ask about your goals and the problems you’re trying to solve with your app.
How do you ensure the success of my app project?
We follow a structured process that starts with a Discovery Workshop to identify potential issues and refine your app concept. We provide weekly updates, rigorous testing, and clear communication to ensure your project stays on track and meets your expectations.
How does your development process look like?
Our process begins with a workshop to understand your needs, followed by scoping to outline the project, timeline and costs. We then proceed with development, conduct thorough testing, and finally, release the finished app.
What specific services do you offer?
- AI Chatbots - React Native - Flutter - FlutterFlow - Native iOS (Swift, Objective-C) - Native Android (Kotlin, Java) - Web Development
Are there any limits to the kinds of apps you can make?
I can develop most apps except some graphics intensive games or IoT apps with complex Bluetooth features.
How do I get two apps for the price of one?
We're able to develop two apps for the price of one by using Flutter or React Native frameworks, allowing us to develop a single codebase that runs on both Android and iOS platforms efficiently. This streamlines the development process, reduces costs, and ensures consistency across both platforms.
What is your revision policy?
The main goal is always that you are a satisfied customer. That's why we agree on a project scope that declares exactly what the result of the app should be. If any small adjustment needs to be done within the project scope, this can be considered a revision if requested within 2 weeks of release.
What makes your team different from other developers?
Unlike solo freelancers, we provide an end-to-end service, from ideation to post-launch maintenance. Our team includes developers, project managers, and testers, ensuring a smooth and structured process.
What happens after the app is launched?
We offer post-launch support, including bug fixes, updates, and new feature development. We also help with app store submissions and ongoing maintenance to keep your app running smoothly.
