You get the fix, a short plain-English note on what was wrong, and the code back in your own repository. On the bigger packages I add email alerts, or move the job onto a server you own with monitoring and a one-page runbook.
Fixing things that quietly stopped is most of what I do. My own content pipeline once reported success for a month while publishing nothing; I rebuilt its checks so that can't happen again, and it now runs 97.5% of jobs successfully on the first try.
