Managed a donor-funded field survey project end to end: prepared the survey budget, drafted and managed enumerator contracts, planned and delivered enumerator training, supervised field teams, arranged vehicles and field logistics, and led project closure • Supported the delivery of donor-funded evaluations for UNHCR, UNICEF, IFC and the World Bank, covering surveys of 1,200 to 12,000 households • Coordinated field implementation with donors, government counterparts, supervisors and enumerator teams; built dashboards tracking progress, quality and productivity to keep data collection on schedule • Designed high-frequency quality checks and configured validation systems in SurveyCTO, KoboCollect and ODK to ensure compliance with donor and organisational quality standards • Led recruitment and assessment of field teams through written tests and interviews; monitored KPIs (productivity, data quality, rejection rates, timeliness, compliance), identified performance gaps and applied corrective action • Used performance results to inform bonuses, non-monetary incentives and team selection for later assignments
