Need a chatbot that answers from your actual documents, not from generic ChatGPT?
I build RAG chatbots for businesses that already have real content: websites, PDFs, help docs, internal notes. The bot retrieves from your material, then answers. If it is not in your data, it says so instead of inventing a reply.
I have shipped this for UK healthcare providers and for SaaS teams. Same approach I use at Hexify.

How it works Send me the content and where the bot should live. I set up the RAG pipeline, test it against questions your customers actually ask, then deploy. Basic is website or document content only. Standard adds one CRM or API and memory. Premium adds WhatsApp plus one custom action.
This is not a scripted FAQ bot, and it is not ChatGPT with your logo stuck on top.

Is this just a ChatGPT wrapper?
No. It retrieves from your documents or site first (RAG), then answers. Off-topic questions get a safe fallback, not a made-up reply.
What content can you train it on?
Website pages, PDFs, DOCX, and help-center exports. If you can export it, I can usually index it.
Do I need my own API key?
Yes. You use your OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google key. You see the usage, and you keep the account.
Can it connect to my CRM?
Standard and Premium. HubSpot and GoHighLevel are the usual ones. Other CRMs work if they have an API.
Can it do things, not just answer?
Standard can capture a lead. Premium can run one custom action (book, look up, create a record). More than that is a custom quote.
WhatsApp?
Premium, or as an add-on. You will need a WhatsApp Business API number.
Which model do you use?
OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini. I will pick with you based on accuracy, cost, and whether the data has to stay in a specific region.
What do you need from me to start?
The content (or site URL), where the bot should live, 10–20 real questions customers ask, and your API key. CRM access only if you pick Standard or Premium.
Do I get the source code?
Yes. Full handoff. You can host it yourself.
What if I need n8n or a bigger system?
Say so in the order. I use n8n when a workflow is the right tool. Larger builds get a separate quote so the gig stays scoped.
