FAQ
1. Can my customers order online from their phone?
Yes. The website is mobile-first: customers browse the menu, add items to the cart, check out with VAT and get an order number with a live tracking link. It works on any phone, tablet or computer, no app download needed.
2. Can I manage the menu and prices myself?
Yes. The admin dashboard lets you add, edit and delete products and categories, upload photos, change prices and mark items sold out in one click. No coding needed.
3. Do you support Arabic and English?
Yes. The whole website and admin panel work in English and Arabic with a full right-to-left layout. Customers can switch language on any page. I can also add other languages.
4. Can I see my sales and reports?
Yes. The Reports page shows revenue, completed and cancelled orders for any date range, by day or by staff member, plus best sellers. You can export every report to CSV for your accountant.
5. Can my staff use it with their own logins?
Yes. You can create admin and staff accounts. Staff run the order queue and mark items sold out; admins also manage the menu, users, messages and reports. You can disable an account at any time.
6. Is online payment included?
Not in the base package: customers pay when they pick up. I can add online payment (Stripe, Tap, Moyasar or HyperPay) as an extra. Message me with your country and payment provider.
7. Will it be SEO friendly?
Yes. Every category and product has its own page with titles, descriptions and language tags, plus sitemap.xml and robots.txt, so Google can find your menu.
8. Do you set it up on my own domain and hosting?
Yes. I deploy it on Vercel (fast and low cost) with a PostgreSQL database and connect your domain. I can also deploy to your own server if you prefer.
9. What do you need from me to start?
Your logo, brand colors, menu (names, prices, photos), opening hours and contact details. If you don't have photos, I can use suitable stock images until you do.
10. How long does it take?
Usually 5 to 10 days depending on the package, the number of products and extra features. Message me before ordering and I'll confirm the exact timeline.
