I'm a dedicated Virtual Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in the remodeling and kitchen/bath industry. I specialize in working with small to mid-size contractors who need someone to own the day-to-day coordination so you can stay on the tools and grow your business.

I work directly inside JobTread, setting up your projects, setting up project schedules and client communications. I am proficient in using Chief Architect for building kitchen layouts and bathroom design, and AutoCAD for modifying existing designs and producing shop drawings.

What I handle for you:

• Daily crew check-ins and progress tracking
• Subcontractor scheduling and trade coordination
• Client communication and status updates
• Material delivery tracking and procurement follow-up
• Change order documentation and logging in JobTread
• End-of-day summaries to you or your project manager
• JobTread project setup, expense entry, and job costing
• Work on chief architect for kitchen layouts, bathroom client phasing design and shop drawings.
