Which banks and countries do you support?
Any bank, any country, as long as the statement is a readable PDF (not a blurry photo). If I cannot read it, I will tell you before you pay.
Can you match my bookkeeping categories?
Yes. Send your category list with Standard or Premium and I will apply it. If you have no list, I will use standard business categories.
What if a transaction is unclear in the PDF?
I flag it in a separate note instead of guessing, so nothing is silently wrong in your books.
