Do I need to provide a script?
No — script writing is included in all packages. I'll write a conversion-focused script based on your product details and target audience. If you already have a script, I'm happy to use it or refine it.
What type of voiceover do you use?
I offer both AI voiceover (clear, professional, multiple accents) and human voiceover (sourced from professional artists). For Standard and Premium packages, we'll discuss which best fits your brand tone before production begins.
What if I don't have UI screens or Figma files?
No problem. I can work from your live website or app, screenshots, or even rough wireframes. If your product is pre-launch, I can create representative UI mockups as part of the animation.
What does a revision include?
Revisions cover visual changes — animation timing, colors, transitions, text edits, and pacing. Script changes after animation has begun or fundamental concept changes may require a new order. I'll always clarify scope before starting.
Can you deliver faster than the listed timeline?
Yes. Rush delivery (50% faster) is available as a paid add-on. Message me before ordering to confirm availability and pricing for your deadline.
What file formats do you deliver?
Standard delivery is Full HD MP4 (H.264). I can also deliver MOV, WebM, GIF previews, or 4K on request. Source files (.aep) are available with Premium or as an add-on.
