Troubleshooting OS & organization-customized software’s. Installation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of the Company’s IT Assets (Servers, Desktops,Laptop Manage backup, security, and user help systems. Handle FileZilla (FTP), Spark (Openfire), ManageEngine & Remote applications. Participate in internal & external IT audit. Coordinate with vendors regarding renewals of firewall’s license, Servers AMC & webmail. Inventory management of firewall licenses, software, hardware,and other security-network-related IT supplies. • Installation, configuration & managing Cloud base NXVMS cameras application • Installation configuration & managing Ameyo application for IVR. Managing the S3 storage on AWS. Contribute to the design and implementation of servers on AWS.
