About this gig

Your gearbox looks good in CAD, but will it survive real loads? Many designs look fine on screen and then fail from tooth bending, shaft deflection or bad housing stiffness. I design the gearbox in 3D and test it with CAE before you build it. ️

CAE ANALYSIS - FEA (Finite Element Analysis): the model is divided into a finite mesh of elements to predict stress, deformation, modal and thermal response - Tooth and shaft stress checks, housing stiffness & vibration modes - CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) for oil flow and cooling, based on the Navier-Stokes equations
