How I build it:
Python and the OpenAI API, connected to your email, spreadsheets, forms or database (Firebase). For desktop or browser steps I can use UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Selenium.
You stay in control: AI drafts and suggests, and you approve anything important before it is sent. Every run is logged so you can see what happened.

Will the AI send emails without me checking?
Only if you want that. By default it creates drafts and you approve them. The Premium package includes a proper human approval step.
Which email providers do you support?
Gmail and Outlook / Microsoft 365 are the most common. Tell me what you use and I will confirm before you order.
What does it cost to run?
You pay OpenAI directly with your own API key, so you control the cost. Most small workflows cost a few dollars a month.
Do you use n8n, Make or Zapier?
I build with Python and the OpenAI API, which gives you full control and no monthly platform fee. If you already use another tool, message me first.
How accurate is the AI?
I test it on your real or masked samples and tune the prompts, and you get a short accuracy check before delivery. AI can make mistakes, which is why important actions stay with you.
Is my data safe?
I only use the access you give for your project. Use masked samples where possible, and I delete your files after delivery on request.
