Do you work with QuickBooks Online only, or also Desktop?
I specialize in QuickBooks Online. If you're on QuickBooks Desktop, message me first and I'll let you know if I can help or recommend next steps.
How often will I receive my bookkeeping reports?
You'll get a Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet report at the end of every month, plus a short summary highlighting anything that needs your attention.
My books are messy or months behind — can you catch me up first?
Yes. Please message me with your last reconciled date and rough transaction volume so I can quote a one-time catch-up before we start monthly service.
Is my financial data safe and confidential?
Yes. I only request view-only or accountant-level access, never full admin control, and your data is never shared or used outside your project.
Do you offer ongoing monthly service or one-time projects?
Both. Most clients start with an ongoing monthly package, but I also take one-time cleanup, catch-up, or reconciliation projects.
What information do you need from me to get started?
QuickBooks Online access (view-only or accountant invite), your average monthly transaction count, and recent bank/credit card statements.
