I will coach your resilience, mindset and life after sci
Survivor with neck down paralysis for the last twenty years
About this Gig
Adversity is inevitable. Defeat is a choice.
In 2002, a diving accident left me quadriplegic, unable to feel or move my body below the neck. Today I drive my own hand-controlled car, live about 90% independently, hold a Master's degree. I have authored two books. One regarding rehabilitation and the other motivational. I run peer-support group that helps people with disabilities rebuild their lives.
I don't offer textbook motivation. I offer strategies tested over 20+ years of real adversity.
I can help you with:
Mindset shift: from "why me?" to "what now?"
Gratitude, daily focus and mental endurance tools
Life after spinal cord injury: support for newly injured people and families, independence, and overcoming isolation
Starting over: clarifying goals, building routines, setting realistic milestones
