No. You must provide and fund your own OpenAI or Google Gemini API account. I will securely configure the API key on your WordPress website.

Yes. The Standard and Premium packages can include WooCommerce product recommendations, customer requirement collection, and guided order or quotation workflows.
Can the chatbot send customer enquiries to WhatsApp?
Yes. The chatbot can open WhatsApp with a formatted order summary, the latest customer and AI exchange, or the full conversation. This is a WhatsApp handoff, not complete WhatsApp Business API automation.

I need your WordPress website details, business description, preferred AI provider, customer questions, products or services, brand colours, logo, and any order information the chatbot should collect. Temporary administrator or staging access may also be required.
