At Genpact, I focused on automating and optimizing accounting and operational processes for global clients, including TCCC and Samsung. I worked on identifying repetitive, time-consuming, and error-prone workflows and transforming them into more reliable and scalable solutions using Python, AWS, React.js, Selenium, SAP, and Generative AI technologies such as Amazon Bedrock. My work went beyond writing code. I analyzed existing processes, identified opportunities for improvement, and developed solutions designed around real operational needs. I also worked within Agile environments, collaborating with different teams and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Through these projects, I helped reduce manual work, human error, processing friction, and cycle times while improving the reliability and scalability of critical business workflows. This experience strengthened my ability to understand complex business processes and turn them into practical technical solutions that create measurable operational value.
