FAQ
How do we get started?
Send me a message before ordering. Tell me your theme, your website goals, and which package interests you. I'll review everything and confirm exactly what's needed so there are no surprises once we begin.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Just your hosting and WordPress login details, and your theme file in zip format or your ThemeForest purchase details. I'll handle everything from there. If you're not sure how to find these, I'll guide you step by step.
Can you integrate third-party plugins and extensions with the theme?
Absolutely! I can seamlessly integrate compatible third-party plugins and extensions to enhance the functionality of your website.
Do you offer WooCommerce or eCommerce setup?
Yes, eCommerce setup is included in the Premium package. I'll configure WooCommerce, set up your product pages, and integrate payment methods so your store is ready to take orders.
Can you optimize my website for speed and performance?
Yes, optimizing website speed and performance is essential for any website. I will ensure that your website loads quickly and efficiently.
Will the customizations still work after future theme updates?
I follow best practices to make sure your customizations remain stable after updates. I'll also advise you on how to safely update your theme without losing your changes.
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support for my website?
Yes, I offer ongoing website maintenance and support packages to keep your website running smoothly and address any technical issues that may arise.
Can you customize the theme to match my brand?
Absolutely. Beyond the demo import, I can fully customize colors, fonts, images, layout, and content to represent your brand. If you have a style guide or brand colors, share them with me and I'll match everything accordingly.
Can you help me choose a theme or hosting if I haven't decided yet?
Yes. If you're unsure which theme suits your business or which hosting plan to go with, message me before ordering. I'll give you honest recommendations based on your goals and budget.
