Need Walmart products uploaded with accurate attributes and variations?
I'm Asma, an E-commerce Virtual Assistant and Product Listing Specialist with 5+ years of experience. I prepare and upload product data in Walmart Marketplace Seller Center, Walmart Retail Iink, Supplier One and Item 360 Setup so you can spend less time correcting spreadsheets.
Depending on your package, I will:
- Map your CSV or XLSX data to the applicable item template
- Add supplied titles, descriptions, images, SKUs, identifiers, prices and inventory
- Complete required attributes from your verified product data
- Set up supported variation groups within package limits
- Review processing results and correct in-scope upload errors
- Deliver the prepared file and a SKU status report
Each sellable SKU, including each variant, counts toward the limit. Packages cover one account, US marketplace and product category using supplied content. New SEO writing, extensive data research, account approval and existing-listing repairs are separate.
Publication depends on Walmart's review. Send a sample file, SKU count and any error report before ordering so I can confirm the right scope.

What counts as one product?
Each sellable SKU counts once, including every size/color combination. Twelve child SKUs count as twelve products. Group records do not consume the quantity, but Standard includes up to three families and Premium up to six. Basic covers simple products only
Do you write titles and descriptions?
Upload packages use your supplied content. I format and map it, but original SEO writing and keyword research are separate. If you need new content, send your product facts so I can quote that work before the upload.
Can you create Walmart variation groups?
Yes, for supported variation types with a complete child-SKU map. Standard and Premium include the family limits shown. I check the applicable product requirements; unrelated products will not be grouped to manipulate reviews or visibility.
Can you fix bulk upload errors?
I review processing results and correct errors caused by the agreed product data or template within the included resubmission limit. Existing catalog conflicts, policy restrictions, or issues requiring Walmart intervention need assessment before I accept that scope.
Will every product go live by delivery?
Walmart controls approval and publication. Delivery includes the prepared file, submissions and a status report showing accepted, pending or rejected SKUs and next steps. I cannot promise publication or sales, and I will identify missing information rather than invent it.
What access do you need?
For direct upload, invite me through Walmart's supported user-permission process with only the catalog permissions needed. Do not send your main password or verification codes. If direct access is unavailable, we can agree on file-only preparation before ordering.
Do you support Supplier One and Item 360?
I can assess these based on your item-setup workflow and access. They are separately scoped and are not automatically included in this Marketplace Seller Center package. Please send the workflow name, template and item count for a quote.
