I work across the complete development lifecycle, from understanding business processes and planning technical solutions to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Alongside development, I manage the organization’s technical infrastructure and DevOps operations, including hosting, deployments, domains, DNS, server configuration, application environments, database management, and production monitoring. I ensure systems remain secure, stable, scalable, and available for day-to-day business operations. I also mentor and supervise team members, review development progress, coordinate tasks, troubleshoot technical challenges, and maintain development standards across projects. Working closely with management and other departments, I translate business requirements into practical technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. This role has given me experience not only in software development, but also in technical leadership, project coordination, system architecture, DevOps, team management, and building technology solutions around real business needs.
