About this gig
Do you need clear, editable floor plans from old paper drawings or PDFs?
As a licensed architect based in Germany, I turn your existing plans into clean, professional 2D CAD drawings for renovation planning, interior design, or further architectural work.
What you can expect:
- digital floor plans redrawn from paper drawings, scans, or PDFs
- Dimensions and room labels based on your documents
- PDF and DWG/DXF files in scale
- An architects eye to detail and what matters
- Minor changes or additions available by agreement
The listed price covers one floor plan. Custom offers are available for multiple floors or larger projects.
Please contact me before ordering and send your existing plans and requirements so I can check the affort and recommend the right package.
I look forward to working with you!

Welcome to my Fiverr page! My name is Marcel and I work as a freelance architect in the Munich area.
Every construction project starts with an initial idea, a sketch, or the desire to create or preserve something beautiful. This initial phase is an exciting but also difficult one, and I would be happy to support you with my experience in the preparation stage.
I look forward to working with you!

FAQ
What file format should the inventory plans have so that they can be digitized?
It is best to send me the plans as a PDF or in a photo format (e.g., JPEG, TIFF, PNG). If you already have them in digital form but they are incomplete, the plans can also be sent as DWG files, in which case they will be processed. Please make sure that a scale is visible on the plans.
In which file formats will I receive the finished digitized plans?
You will receive all plans in PDF and DWG formats. If you need additional formats, I can provide them free of charge. Just let me know.
Is it possible to incorporate a new renovation project directly into the digitized plans?
Yes, this is possible if the planned renovation project has already been completed and only needs to be drawn in. However, if the project still needs to be planned in detail and optimized, I would be happy to assist you. In this case, please take a look at the other services I offer.
