Hi, I'm Athbi, an e-commerce specialist with 7+ years of experience building, managing and growing online stores.

Do you work with both Lightspeed eCom and Ecwid?
Yes. I work on Lightspeed eCom (C-Series) stores and on Lightspeed E-Series, which runs on Ecwid. Tell me which one you use and I will confirm what is possible.
Do I have to share my login?
No. You add me as a staff user in the back office of your store, with the permissions I need. I send you the steps after you order. You never share your own password.
Can you fix my store, or do you only build new ones?
This gig is made for existing stores: fixes, changes and maintenance. Planning a new store? Message me first, so we can check whether Lightspeed or Shopify fits your plans better.
Are apps, themes or subscriptions included?
No. The price covers my work. Paid apps, themes and your Lightspeed or Ecwid subscription are paid by you directly.
Do you offer monthly maintenance?
Yes. Choose a subscription on this gig, or message me for a monthly plan based on the hours you need.
Can you move my store to Shopify?
Yes. I have a separate gig for migrations from Lightspeed or Ecwid to Shopify, including products, customers, pages and redirects.
What if my request is bigger than a package?
