What is the difference between your three packages?
The Essentials covers user flows, wireframes, a prototype and UI design. The Experience adds user research and personas. The Complete Solution includes competitive UX analysis, user research, personas, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, UI design and the editable source file.
Do you conduct real user interviews?
Research methods depend on the agreed project scope. Please contact me before ordering to discuss participant recruitment, interviews, surveys or other research requirements. Access to participants and recruitment costs may need to be arranged separately.
What tools do you use?
