What do you need to start the parcel mapping?
I need parcel IDs or lot numbers, the location, and a data source (shapefile, CAD, PDF, or official GIS link). Without source data, parcel mapping can’t be done.
Do you create parcel boundaries from scratch?
No. I map and clean parcels from existing cadastral or GIS data. Legal boundary creation or survey work is not included.
What formats will I receive?
You can receive SHP, GeoJSON, KML, and map layouts in PDF or PNG. Formats depend on the package you choose.
Is this suitable for legal or survey submission?
These maps are for analysis, planning, and reference. They are not certified survey documents unless your authority explicitly allows GIS-based parcels.
Can you work with ArcGIS or QGIS only?
Yes. All work is done in ArcGIS Pro or QGIS. No other software.
What if my parcels don’t align correctly?
I align parcels to the provided base data. If the source data is inaccurate or outdated, I’ll flag it—but I don’t modify legal boundaries.
