Document submission, manager review and release were handled manually. Rejected documents went back to their authors informally, and the approval trail was hard to follow. We built a Power Apps canvas app for submission, SharePoint for storage with structured metadata attached to every file, and Power Automate workflows routing each document to the right manager. Approved documents move automatically from the draft library to the released library. Rejected ones return to the submitter with the reviewer's comments. Notifications fire at each stage of the lifecycle. Result: document traceability improved end to end, and release management stopped depending on manual chasing. Delivered in two weeks by a single developer, our PL-400 certified Power Platform developer. Client name withheld under confidentiality.

Robotic Ticket Creation for a Travel Agency: Power Automate Desktop

Fleet & Permit Management on Dynamics 365: model-driven app, SSRS, FetchXML

A trucking operation held customer, vehicle, trailer, equipment and permit information across separate records, with expiry dates tracked and chased manually. We built and architected a model-driven Dynamics 365 application centralising all of it, with SSRS and FetchXML reporting on permits and expiry dates, custom command-bar actions for bulk notification, and automated alerts to customers and managers. Result: permit and equipment information centralised, and manual tracking and follow-up reduced. Delivered in three weeks by a single developer, our PL-400 certified Power Platform developer.
