FAQ
Do I need to give you my Storable login?
Yes, but only to the website side. You will create a temporary website user for me, which takes about 2 minutes and does not expose your tenant data, payments, or management software. I build, install, and test everything directly on your site, and you deactivate my access the moment we are done.
Will this break my website or booking system?
No. I only add custom sections through the Storable website editor, the same tool you already use. Your unit inventory, online rentals, payments, and tenant data all run on Storable's core system, which I never touch.
My facility is not in the US. Can you still help?
Yes. I work with any facility on the Storable website platform worldwide.
What do you need from me to start?
Just your website URL, your current rates and specials, any photos you want featured, and anything worth highlighting such as gate hours, security features, discounts, or years in business. I handle the rest.
What if I do not like the design?
Every package includes revisions, and I share a preview before final delivery so we can adjust early. I am an owner too, so I build what renters respond to, not what wins design awards.
