As a mother myself and a former early childhood educator, I am extremely passionate about the importance of cultivating a healthy and enriching childhood, and supporting fellow parents and educators as they navigate this process/experience as well. I am highly knowledgeable regarding child development, parenthood, and play-based learning, and I have acquired this knowledge via formal education, classroom experience, and personal parenting experiences.

I have previously worked for the child development centers of two major universities, educating young children as well as mentoring and evaluating college students. I am currently on staff as a writer for a local parenting publication where I regularly produce successful published material.
