Can you output 'PCM, 44.1 kHz, 8 bit, mono wav' files ?
No I cannot. I know some phone systems need those files but they are extremely low quality and I cannot output them. If you need that file format, I always suggest you speak to your phone service provider and they can help you convert the higher quality file I will send you.
What format do you provide your files in ?
As standard I provide MP3 files but can certainly output higher quality WAV files if you need simply by purchasing that as an offered extra.
Is all your equipment professional quality ?

Can i change the script after you have already recorded ?
Unfortunately if you change the script AFTER I record then there will need to be an extra order put thru to cover the new script. That being said, if you have placed the order but I haven't yet recorded and you want to make a change then there is no problem with that at all, you just need tell me.
