No. You get a PDF Gantt chart and an Excel cashflow. The XER file is for anyone on your team who runs P6.
Can you update my existing program?
Yes. Send the XER and your progress data and I'll update it, re-forecast and report the changes.
Where do the costs for the cashflow come from?
From your estimate or contract sum. If you don't have one yet, I can prepare the estimate first through my cost estimate gig.
Can you set holiday and weather calendars?
Yes. Tell me the region, working days and shutdown periods and I'll set up the working calendar to match.
