Which tools can you connect?
Send your exact apps, plans and workflow first. Connected packages use agreed supported integrations and standard connectors. Custom APIs require separate scope. The portfolio proves local Python logic, not every third-party platform.
What is an action?
One discrete operation, such as reading a row, creating a task or sending an approved notification. We count and agree the actions in the brief.
Are subscriptions included?
No. You own any required accounts and pay app, API and hosting fees directly. I will identify required services before we agree the work.
Will it run continuously?
A local routine runs in the agreed local environment. A scheduled or connected workflow requires an agreed supported platform and your account access. Ongoing monitoring is excluded.
What does a revision cover?
One consolidated round of changes within the agreed brief. New files, features, integrations or a changed brief require a separate scope.
What support is included?
Seven days after delivery to report defects against the agreed brief. New features, changed source formats and ongoing maintenance are not included.
Can you use confidential data?
Share only data you are authorised to provide. Anonymise samples where possible. I will agree any third-party or AI processing before sending your data to those services.
What counts as a processing rule?
One agreed operation, such as filtering by one condition, renaming fields or calculating a value. A multi-step process is not treated as one rule. Inputs, rules and expected outputs are fixed in the brief.
What do you need before work starts?
Delivery assumes complete requirements, sample files and authorised access at order start. Send the listed inputs first; missing inputs must be confirmed before accepting work. Platform order timing and agreed extensions still apply.
