Bring fields from one Excel table into another using a shared ID. Receive a separate workbook with matched fields, missing/duplicate-key exceptions, and plain-language mapping notes. Original files stay unchanged.
Includes two flat XLSX/CSV tables, up to 1,000 data rows combined, one shared key and up to five returned columns. Up to 10 formula patterns cover lookup, status and count checks, filled down within this scope. Exact text matching preserves case, spaces and leading zeroes. Conflicting duplicates are flagged, not silently chosen.
For desktop Excel on Windows. Three-day delivery and one revision within the agreed mapping; platform rights and correction of our errors remain. Send a redacted example through Fiverr before ordering if unsure of fit.
No macros, external connections, PDF/OCR, fuzzy matching or ongoing sync. Formula-bearing inputs and type conversions need review first.

What will I receive?

Will this work in Google Sheets or update automatically?
This pilot is for desktop Excel on Windows. Google Sheets, Excel for web or Mac, connected accounts and ongoing synchronization are not included. Missing and duplicate source IDs are flagged for review; no unmatched rows are silently removed.
Do you use AI, and what data should I send?
Yes, preparation is AI-assisted with deterministic checks and Excel verification. This is unsuitable for no-AI projects. Send only authorized, non-sensitive data or redacted samples. Never send credentials. Files are not uploaded to a separate model service without specific permission.
