I was told she understood the goals and objectives of the project, and I provided clear examples of the exact style and quality I needed. However, the final deliverables were very basic, lacked creativity, and did not reflect the direction I outlined. The result did not meet my expectations and was work I could have easily done myself.

Very disappointing experience. The freelancer promised one-day delivery, but almost three days passed without delivering the video. The communication was poor, and the service felt misleading and unreliable. I feel the promises made in the gig were not genuine. I would not recommend this freelancer.
