What do you need from me?
Panel or SSH access, your server version, plugin list and a Spark report if possible. If you do not know how to make a Spark report, I will guide you.
Can you fix lag on shared hosting?
Yes, I optimize within your plan limits. If the hosting itself is the bottleneck, I will tell you honestly and suggest a better option.
Will you remove my plugins?
Only with your approval. If a plugin causes lag, I suggest a lighter alternative or better settings before removing anything.
Can you fix server crashes?
Yes. Send me your crash report or latest.log and I will find the cause, fix it and explain what happened.
How will I see the results?
You get a before and after comparison of TPS and MSPT plus a short report of every change I made.
