What information or access do you need from me to start?
I need admin or manager access to your Skool account, access to your current course platform (Kajabi, Facebook, etc.) to pull data, and an Excel/.CSV file of your member list (Names and Emails) to import your community database seamlessly.
Skool doesn’t host video files directly. Where will my videos go?
Skool embeds videos via links. I will upload your video files to a hosting site like Vimeo, Wistia, YouTube (Unlisted). Then, I will embed those links cleanly into your Skool Classroom modules so they play perfectly for your students.
Will my existing members lose their access or progress during the move?
No. I build your Skool space completely behind the scenes while your old platform stays live. Once ready, we mass invite your members all at once for a zero downtime switch. Note: Past student course completion percentages cannot be transferred between software.
Can you set up paid subscriptions and connect my payment system?
Yes! In the Premium Package, I will connect your Stripe gateway directly to Skool. This allows you to easily charge monthly recurring subscription fees, set up single payments, or build free tiers. I can also set up basic Zapier automation flows.
Can you migrate an active Facebook Group or Discord Server to Skool?
Yes. While individual comment histories cannot be auto transferred, I will manually recreate your discussion structure. I copy over your pinned resources, rules, and announcements into Skool posts so your members feel instantly at home.
Can you design custom graphics, banners, and badges for my Skool group?
Yes! My Standard and Premium packages include setting up Skool’s native gamification system. For custom designed banners, profile icons, or unique level badges that match your brand identity, you can select my custom graphics gig extra during checkout.
Do you offer post migration support if I encounter technical issues?
Absolutely. My Premium package includes post launch support. If you notice a broken link, formatting issue, or need help adjusting a setting after your community goes live, I will fix it for you completely.
