What is RAG and how is it different from fine-tuning?
RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) connects an AI model to your documents in real time — no training required. Fine-tuning changes the model itself. RAG is faster, cheaper, and easier to update.
Can you build a RAG chatbot for my website without technical knowledge?
Yes. The Premium package includes a ready-to-deploy API + frontend UI. You just share your documents and I handle everything else.
What file types do you support?
PDF, TXT, CSV, DOCX, web URLs, and Notion exports. If you have a different format, message me first and I'll let you know if it's supported.
Do I need an OpenAI API key?
Yes, for OpenAI-based projects you will need your own API key. I can also build with open-source models (Mistral, LLaMA) if you prefer no API costs.
Will I own the source code?
Yes — 100%. All packages include full source code. Standard and Premium also include documentation so your team can maintain it.
Can you integrate the RAG chatbot into my existing website or app?
