What Information do I need to start work?
To remove malware from your website I need your website admin login and your hosting server login information.
Can't access your WordPress website Dashboard/ wp-admin panel?
Don't worry! Send your Hosting/ Cpanel login details. I can fix it properly.
Do you fix Blacklist/Red screen on Chrome and Firefox?
Chrome and Firefox browsers show a red warning message when the website is hacked and/or blacklisted. I'll fix this issue by removing your website from the blacklist (depending on the package you choose)
Do you offer support after order is completed?
Yes definitely. Based on your package I do offer free support from 7 days to 30 days. If you order the Complete Protection package then your website will be monitored for 30 days 24/7 on high-security servers.
