Founded and ran an engineering firm for five years - full P and L, hiring and client relationships - delivering 100+ projects for defense and commercial clients across Indonesia, the USA, Austria and the UAE. - Designed and built 7 custom UAV platforms (multirotor, VTOL, fixed-wing), including agricultural-survey VTOLs with ~2-hour flight endurance. - Built the ground-control stack that flew them: GCS software, GPS-denied navigation and encrypted air-to-ground links, with directional antenna tracking field-tested past 20 km line-of-sight. - Delivered multi-tenant IoT platforms and connected-device systems: sensor integration, device protocols, cloud connectivity and real-time monitoring. - Ran the firm's cloud architecture across Azure, AWS and GCP - Docker and Kubernetes where they fit, Terraform for infrastructure, GitHub Actions for CI/CD. - Owned every delivery from discovery and requirements gathering through build, deployment and client handover - sprint-based, with direct stakeholder management - leading a cross-functional team that peaked at 15+.
