About me
Hey, my name is Ally and I offer weight loss and bariatric surgery coaching for those looking for support from someone who has been where they are. I have struggled with my weight, an eating disorder, mental health, body dysmorphia, and dieting culture my entire life.
Through my weight loss transformation journey I have lost over 160lbs and have worked through the many mental barriers my weight caused. I am currently pursuing my Personal Training Certification.
I am not medically trained, so I cannot provide professional advice but my goal is to help YOU find your own path to health!
