I will do reverse engineering, stl to cad, 3d scan cleanup, stl fixing for 3d printing

About this gig
Hi Welcome to my Gig,
Do you have a raw, messy 3D scan or a broken STL full of holes, spikes, and non manifold errors?
I specialize in STL repair, 3D scan cleanup, and reverse engineering turning damaged or raw scan data into a clean, accurate, print ready model.
Whether your file came from photogrammetry, laser, or structured light scanning or it's just a broken STL that won't slice I handle full mesh repair and retopology: removing noise, filling holes, fixing non manifold geometry, and rebuilding clean topology optimized for 3D printing, CAD, or CNC.
My workflow:
- Mesh repair and hole filling
- Retopology for clean, printable geometry
- Noise and scan artifact removal
- Dimension and scale accuracy check
- Watertight, print ready STL/OBJ export
- Full reverse engineering to CAD (STEP/IGES) on request
I work with automotive parts, mechanical components, industrial equipment, and organic scans delivering files ready for 3D printing, manufacturing, or digital archiving.
Send me your raw scan or broken file and I'll turn it into a clean, accurate, print ready model fast.
Kindly send me message before placing order!!!
Thanks.

FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
STL, OBJ, PLY, FBX, and point cloud formats (XYZ, PTS, E57). Message me first if your file is a different format and I'll confirm compatibility.
What will I get back?
A cleaned, watertight STL and OBJ by default. STEP, IGES, or Parasolid CAD formats are included in Premium or available as an add-on.
My file has holes, spikes, and broken geometry; can you fix it?
Yes, that's exactly what I specialize in; hole filling, non manifold edge repair, spike/noise removal, and full retopology so the final mesh is clean and watertight.
Will the fixed model actually print correctly?
Yes. Every file is checked for watertightness, correct normals, and manifold geometry before delivery, so it slices and prints without errors.
What's the difference between cleanup and reverse engineering?
Cleanup repairs and optimizes your existing mesh (still scan based). Reverse engineering rebuilds the object as a fully editable, parametric CAD model using your scan as reference.
