FAQ
Can you fix WordPress issues on my site if I do not know what is wrong?
Yes. Most buyers only see a symptom - a critical error, a white screen or a broken page. Send me your site link and a screenshot of what you see. I will diagnose the cause first and tell you the fix, price and time before you order.
How fast can you fix my WordPress website?
Most single issues are fixed the same day, and Basic orders are delivered within 24 hours. WooCommerce checkout emergencies are prioritised because every hour costs sales. Message me first and I will give you an honest time, not a guess.
Do you fix WooCommerce checkout and payment problems?
Yes - checkout not working, cart errors, payment gateway failures (including Stripe and PayPal), missing order emails and product page errors are a core part of this gig. Tell me your gateway and what happens at checkout when you message me.
What access do you need, and is my site safe?
I need a temporary WordPress admin user (Dashboard > Users > Add New) and, for database or PHP errors, hosting or cPanel access. I take a full backup before changing anything, and you can delete the temporary user the moment the job is done.
What if you cannot fix my issue?
Then I will tell you clearly what is wrong and what it needs - and you will not pay for a fix that did not happen. I confirm I can help before you order, which is why I ask every buyer to message me first.
My site broke after an update. Can you fix it?
Yes, this is one of the most common jobs on this gig. Updates can break themes, plugins and PHP compatibility. I identify what the update broke, fix or safely roll back the conflict, and test the site so it does not break again on the next update
