I will split and rename your PDF reports by invoice or customer id
PDF splitting and renaming with clear file organization
About this Gig
I will split your PDF batch into reports named by an existing invoice, report or customer ID.
Before ordering, send an anonymized 5-10 page sample so we can confirm the layout, IDs, total pages, naming rule and delivery time.
You receive:
- A ZIP of separated, named PDFs.
- A CSV linking source files/pages, document IDs and output filenames.
- A check report reconciling source/output page totals and listing exceptions.
Requirements: selectable text, one consistent layout, and consecutive pages carrying the same readable ID. Package limits apply to files matching the approved sample, grouping rule and filename format.
Missing, ambiguous or non-consecutive IDs pause the batch for your review. No pages are silently discarded or files overwritten.
No OCR, damaged-file recovery, digitally signed PDFs, source code or reusable application.
One revision corrects the agreed result. Extra files or changed rules require a new scope.
Portfolio examples use fictitious data. I use scripts and AI-assisted development, then check the result.

FAQ
Can you process scanned PDFs or damaged files?
No. This offer requires readable PDFs with selectable text and a consistent layout. It does not include OCR, password bypass, damaged-file recovery or preservation of digital signatures.
What do I receive, and how are uncertain pages handled?
You receive separate PDFs, a CSV index and a check report, not a reusable application. If a reference is missing or ambiguous, I pause the batch and report the source page numbers for your instructions. No page is silently discarded.
How do you handle repeated IDs and multiple source files?
Each source PDF is processed separately. Consecutive pages with the same agreed ID form one report. Repeated IDs across files need an approved naming plan to prevent collisions. A non-consecutive repeat, missing ID or ambiguous match pauses the batch for your instructions. No file is overwritten.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision fixes the files to match the approved sample and naming rules. Extra files, a new layout, changed rules or another batch need a new scope. You receive processed PDFs, a CSV index and checks, without a reusable script or application.
