I need your 2D floor plans, architectural drawings (CAD/DWG or PDF format), hand sketches, dimensions, and reference images showing your preferred style, materials, colors, and lighting.
What if I do not have a 3D model ready?
No worries at all! I can build a high-detail 3D model from scratch using your 2D CAD files, PDF plans, or even hand sketches with accurate dimensions.
How do you handle area/square footage pricing?
My basic package covers up to 500 sq ft (shops/cafes), standard covers 600–1000 sq ft (2BHK/medium commercial), and premium covers 1000–2000+ sq ft (commercial suites/large spaces). Contact me if you have a custom space size!
Can you provide 360 panoramic views or animation walkthroughs?
Yes! 360 panoramic interactive views and dynamic animated walkthrough videos are included in the Premium package, or can be added as custom extras to any order.
