FAQ
Which package includes the editable Canva link?
Standard and Premium. Basic is a print ready PDF and PNG only, so names cannot be changed in Canva. If you want to edit names yourself, choose Standard or Premium.
Do I need a paid Canva account?
No. A free Canva account is enough to edit and download your template. I build it so it works on a free account, so you will not see watermarks or hidden fees.
What if I want to change my brand colors or logo later?
You have full control. Every single element, including fonts, colors, text boxes, and background shapes, is fully unlocked. You can drag and drop your new logo or change the color hex codes in seconds.
Can I reuse the template for many students?
Yes, with Standard or Premium. Open the link, change the name, download, and repeat for as many graduates as you like.
Can you type the student names for me?
Yes. I can fill in the names and send you finished certificates. Please message me before ordering with your list and deadline, so I can send a custom offer.
Is it ready to print?
Yes. Designs are made for A4 or US Letter. With Standard and Premium, download as “PDF Print” from Canva. With Basic, use the print-ready PDF I deliver.
Should I message you before ordering?
Yes, please. Tell me your course name, style and any bulk name list, and I will confirm the right package. This avoids mistakes and speeds up delivery.
