Usually what information is required to perform a bookkeeping job?
I need accounting firm access of QBO or Xero account, bank, credit card & Loan statements along with all sales and purchase data in right format. Requirements vary from client to client depending upon the nature and workflow of business.
Are you available for monthly and long term basis or long term?
Of course, I am available for monthly and long term bookkeeping as per your need.
How does the Xero bookkeeping process work with you?
After we have discussed your project, you will need to add me as an accountant user to your Xero account. To do this, log into your Xero account Then click on the >Settings menu, >select General Settings >Click Users. Click Add new user > Enter the new user's first and last name and email address.
How does the QBO bookkeeping process work with you?
After we have discussed your project, you will need to add me as an accountant user to your QBO account. To do this, log into your QBO account. Then click on the Gear Icon > Manage Users. You will choose "Add User" and will need to send the request to my email. I request you to give me full access.
