Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, or self-hosted, which do you work with?
All three. Odoo Online limits custom module installation, so if your build needs custom code we'll plan for Odoo.sh or self-hosted. I'll tell you which you need on the scoping call, before you order.
Which Odoo versions do you support?
Version 15 through the current release. Tell me your version when you message, feature availability differs between versions and it changes what's possible in each package.
Do I need an Odoo subscription already?
Yes, or be ready to buy one. I configure and build inside your instance; I don't resell licences. I'll advise on which apps you actually need so you're not paying for modules you'll never open.
What exactly does the WhatsApp integration do?
Order confirmations and status updates sent to customers via WhatsApp Business, plus inbound customer messages routed into Odoo. It requires a WhatsApp Business API account, I'll walk you through provisioning it if you don't have one.
What if my project is bigger than Premium?
Message me first. Multi-company setups, complex inventory, or heavy custom development get a custom offer with a written scope document before any money moves. I'd rather scope it properly than take an order I have to refund.
