I compare exactly two XLSX or UTF-8 CSV files using the exact key or keys you define.
You receive a separate Excel exception workbook with matched and unmatched records, duplicate or invalid keys, field-level differences, schema differences, and a clear summary. Source files are not modified.
Examples: invoice export A vs B; order export vs supplier or payout export; inventory or SKU export vs a second system.
Before work begins, provide anonymized samples, exact key columns, fields to compare, approximate row counts, and one expected match or exception example.
Supported inputs: exactly two .xlsx files, UTF-8 .csv files, or one of each.

What do you need before starting?
I need the source files, the columns that identify the same record, the checks you need, and one example of an expected match or mismatch. An anonymized sample is welcome.
Can you work with confidential data?
Please remove personal, payment or confidential fields that are not required. I recommend anonymized samples. I do not request passwords or external account access.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects my work against the original requirements. New files, layouts, matching logic, validation rules or datasets require a custom offer.
Can you handle large files?
Yes. Please message me before ordering if the total row count exceeds the package limit. I will review an anonymized sample and confirm the price and delivery time.
Will you fix the data as well as report the differences?
The packages focus on detecting and documenting discrepancies. If correction rules are explicit, I can provide a corrected output through a custom offer. I will not guess business-critical changes.
